These dates are confirmed and come straight from the Call for Papers. Anything still undecided says “To be announced” rather than being guessed at.
Key events and due dates
- AbstractJanuary 24, 2027
Authors submit a short abstract describing the work they intend to present. It goes through the same submission system as the full paper.
- Full-paper SubmitFebruary 1, 2027
Authors submit an original paper, up to 6 pages, following the ACM SIG Proceedings format.
The Technical Program Committee (TPC) reviews each paper. There's no separate deadline for this step, and it will start as soon as submissions are closed.
- NotificationApril 2, 2027
Authors receive a decision on their paper.
- Camera-readyApril 30, 2027
Accepted authors submit a final camera-ready version by incorporating reviewer feedback.
- Author Registration DeadlineApril 30, 2027
At least one author of accepted papers must register to present the paper at the conference.
- Early Registration DeadlineMay 14, 2027
The early registration window for anyone closes. Regular registration opens the following day and stays open until the conference dates.
- PresentJuly 8–10, 2027
Authors with accepted papers will present their work, via either oral or poster, at the conference.
