Where to submit
Papers are submitted through the official conference submission system below at Microsoft CMT. Abstracts, full papers, and final camera-ready versions are all submitted through the same system.
Submission Format
Roughly what a two-column page in the template looks like: a title, an author list, and two columns of body text. 6 of these pages are your full paper, including figures, tables, references, and appendices.
Review process
Every submission goes through a rigorous review process done by the conference's Technical Program Committee (TPC).
Reviewers evaluate each paper on:
- Originality and innovation
- Scientific and technical merit
- Methodological rigor
- Significance and impact
- Relevance to the conference theme
- Quality of writing and organization
Presentation, registration & publication
Accepted papers are presented in person at the conference. Accepted papers are invited to present as either:
- Oral Presentation
- Poster Presentation
Authors of accepted papers will be required to submit a final version, called the camera-ready version, incorporating reviewer feedback, where applicable.
Accepted and presented papers that satisfy all submission and registration requirements may be published in the official Proceedings of the International NextGen Conference on AI in Biomedical Sciences (inCABS 2027).
