Visa invitation letters

Authors who need a visa invitation letter should contact us once registered, and details on requesting one will be posted here.

The conference is held in the United States, so most international authors will need either a visa or an approved ESTA under the Visa Waiver Program. Start with the U.S. Department of State's overview of visa requirements: travel.state.gov: Visa Waiver Program.
